Hello friends,
Last Thursday I had a dental appointment about which I was somewhat anxious. The procedure, though minor, was expected to require Novacaine. I prayed to God as Jesus taught us - like a little child - which is precisely how I felt! By the Grace of God, my prayers were answered.
My appointment flowed so smoothly, it felt like a miracle to me. God sent me an angel in the hygienist, who took such good care of me, and worked intentionally to build my trust. She was able to perform everything with only a topical numbing agent, thus avoiding the painful Novacaine shot and associated risks. She was even able to use the power scaler to deep clean, without me experiencing piercing sensitivity that has plagued me in the past.
God is so good! We are the objects of His tenderest care, for the smallest of needs. If only we ask!
